You will receive an email confirming when your sample has arrived in the lab.
Additionally, you can track the progress of your sample in the ‘Genetics’ section of your iamYiam account via the picture that looks like this:
If it’s been over three weeks since you sent in your sample and you’ve not received any confirmation, please contact us by following the steps below.
In the App:
- Click on the menu icon in the top left corner.
- A menu will appear and the next step is to Click on ‘Contact Us’.
- Enter your Email address, Name and subject.
- You will be contacted shortly by a member of the iamYiam team.
